Hello Dolls, our online orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase during the week.Shipping normally takes 2-3 business days. Please be sure that your address and contact information are correct.

Our website also offers local pickup for our LOCAL Dolls Only. Please be sure to pay for shipping at checkout or there will be a 20% restocking fee if we have to cancel your order.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday. Orders places on Federal Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. To track your order at ant time, you'll be able to use your USPS tracking number on USPS.com or UPS.
